Mari in tips & tricks

More often than not, when I have leftover cookie dough from a project, I bake a few extra cookies for us to snack on. If there's any left over after that (What? Left over leftovers?!), I freeze the dough. I wrap it tightly in plastic, put it in a plastic zip top bag and include a cheat sheet before putting it in the freezer. This last part is key. All you need to do is write down the flavor, how thick to slice or roll it out, and how long it needs to bake. Everything is now prepped and ready to bake cookies on the spur of the moment. 'Cause who wants to be hunting down a cookbook or online recipe when all you really want to be doing is stuffing some freshly baked cookies in your mouth?
